Check In/Out 登记

• Check In : 1400 (2pm-6pm)        
• Check Out : 1200 (12pm)     

 Early Check-in and late Check-out are subject to availability

• 登记时间 : 上午两点至六点
• 退房时间 : 上午十二点

Security Deposit 保证金

• Deposit of RM100 (per day) is required 

• 得交一百块保证金(每日计算）

Payment 付款

Full Payment with security deposit upon confirmation of the booking

• Online Banking - Malayan Banking Berhad (MBB)

预定后，需付清所有住宿费用和保证金

Cancelation & Refund 取消、退还

• No refund will be made for any cancellations
• 没退款服务

• The following are not allowed in the rooms

• Guests are prohibited from keeping durians, or any food that with strong stench in the refrigerator
• Please be gentle and handle with care the homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost
• Take good care of your belongings and make sure you don't leave any valuable/important things behind. We will not be held any responsibility for any lost or stolen valuables
• No Cooking & BBQ                                
• 以维护清洁与卫生，不能携带任何食物和饮料（包括榴莲，酒类，酒后呕吐等行為等）进入房内。屋内设有用餐区供用餐
• 冰箱内严禁存放榴莲或味道重的食物与物品 
• 请小心使用我们所提供的设施，如屋内发现有被损坏的物品，将一律由房客承担。 
• 请小心保管好您的贵重物品，确保退房时您没有遗留任何个人物品。若有遗失，如不负赔偿之责。
• 不准烹饪和烧烤
